How does mobile detailing work — do you need anything from me?
We bring absolutely everything — our own water supply, power source, professional-grade equipment and products. All we need from you is access to your vehicle and a reasonable amount of space to work around it. No hookups or prep required on your end.
How long does each service take?
Deep Interior Refresh takes roughly 2 hours. Exterior Refresh runs about 1 hour. Luxe Express is 3–4 hours, Luxe Signature is 5+ hours. Ceramic coatings are a full-day service at 5–8 hours. Times can vary based on vehicle size and condition.
Why does price vary by vehicle size?
Larger vehicles require more product, more time, and more labor. Mid-sized SUVs and trucks add $45 to the base price; full-sized SUVs and trucks add $80. If you're unsure which tier your vehicle falls into, just ask when you book.
Do I need a Luxe Express before a ceramic coating?
It's not required but strongly recommended. Ceramic coatings bond directly to your paint, so any dirt, oils, or contaminants left on the surface can compromise adhesion and the final result. A Luxe Express beforehand ensures optimal prep for a longer-lasting, better-looking coating.
What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve Woodstock, White River Junction, Quechee, Hartland, and surrounding communities throughout Vermont. If you're outside these areas, reach out — we may still be able to accommodate you depending on distance.
Can you remove pet hair, tough stains, or bad odors?
Yes — all three are available as add-ons. Pet hair removal starts at $50. Odor elimination using an odor bomb and enzymatic treatment runs $75–$200 depending on severity. Stain removal is included in packages with heated shampoo extraction (Luxe Signature and Deep Interior Refresh). Just mention your specific concerns when you book.
How do I pay, and when is payment due?
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due upon completion of your service. We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and all major credit/debit cards. We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule.
What exactly is ceramic coating and is it worth it?
Ceramic coating is a liquid polymer that chemically bonds to your vehicle's paint, forming a hard, semi-permanent protective layer. Unlike wax or sealant, it doesn't wash away — it shields against UV damage, oxidation, road salt, bird droppings, and minor scratches while giving your paint a deep, glass-like gloss. Water and dirt bead off effortlessly, making your car dramatically easier to keep clean. For anyone who cares about protecting their vehicle's finish long-term, it's one of the best investments you can make.
