1. Services

Black Luxe Mobile Detail LLC provides mobile auto detailing services at the location specified by the Client at the time of booking. The scope of services will be outlined in the selected service package. Any additional services requested at the time of the appointment are subject to availability and additional charges.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any service offering at any time without prior notice.

2. Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments are confirmed only upon receipt of a booking confirmation from Black Luxe Mobile Detail LLC. The Client is responsible for providing accurate vehicle and location information at the time of booking. Inaccurate information (e.g., undisclosed vehicle condition, incorrect vehicle size) may result in service adjustments, additional fees, or rescheduling.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be honored at no charge.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a fee of up to 25% of the booked service total.
• No-shows (failure to be present or contact us at the time of the appointment) will be charged 50% of the booked service total.
• Clients who no-show more than once may be required to prepay for future services.

4. Payments

Payment is due in full upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit card, Zelle, Venmo, and CashApp. All prices are subject to change. The final price will be confirmed before services begin. Black Luxe Mobile Detail LLC is not responsible for any bank fees, transfer fees, or payment processing fees incurred by the Client.

5. Pre-Existing Damage

Black Luxe Mobile Detail LLC is not liable for any pre-existing damage to the Client's vehicle. Prior to beginning any service, our technician will document and note any visible pre-existing damage. By agreeing to proceed with the service, the Client acknowledges the documented condition of the vehicle.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Black Luxe Mobile Detail LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a service shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for that specific service.

We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, structural defects, failing trim, or other vehicle issues that may be affected during the normal course of detailing.

7. Weather & Environmental Conditions

Services may be rescheduled due to rain, extreme heat, high winds, or other adverse weather conditions. Black Luxe Mobile Detail LLC will notify the Client as early as possible and will work to find the next available appointment. No additional fees will be charged for weather-related rescheduling initiated by the Company.

8. Safe Working Environment

The Client agrees to provide a safe, accessible location for services to be performed. This includes adequate space, safe terrain, and an environment free from hazards. Black Luxe Mobile Detail LLC reserves the right to refuse or halt service if the working environment is deemed unsafe for our staff or equipment.

9. Right to Refuse Service

Black Luxe Mobile Detail LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any Client at any time for any reason, including but not limited to unsafe conditions, abusive or disrespectful behavior toward staff, misrepresentation of vehicle condition, or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

10. Satisfaction & Disputes

If the Client is dissatisfied with the results of a service, they must notify Black Luxe Mobile Detail LLC within 24 hours of the appointment. We will assess the concern and, where applicable, return to address any deficiencies at no additional charge. Black Luxe Mobile Detail LLC does not issue refunds for completed services but is committed to resolving concerns in good faith.

11. Privacy

Any personal information collected by Black Luxe Mobile Detail LLC (including name, address, phone number, email, and vehicle information) is used solely for scheduling, communication, and service delivery purposes. We do not sell or share Client information with third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vermont.

13. Changes to Terms

Black Luxe Mobile Detail LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
